PGC Associates, LLC is a land use planning firm. Located in Franklin, MA, the firm provides a variety of planning services to communities and developers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

Gino Carlucci, the firm's Senior Principal, has worked in city and state planning departments and for a private sector engineering firm before launching his own planning firm. He was a Coastal Resources Analyst for the state of Louisiana, Director of Analysis and Planning in the Mayor's Office for the City of New Orleans, and Senior Planner for a private engineering company.
